I Don’t Know My Real Profit

Everything Lives in My Head — That’s the Problem

From vendor rates to client orders to ad budgets — it all lives in my brain. And if I forget something, it’s gone. I’ve become the human hard drive of my business. People come to me for every small thing. I know I need to build systems, delegate, create documentation — but where’s the time? So everything stays in my head. The pressure never leaves. I can’t unplug, because I know the team doesn’t have access to half the details. I’ve built a business, but not a system. And I know that’s what’s holding me back.

Start a shared folder or Google Doc. Record everything casually.

My Goals Keep Changing Every Week

One week I’m focused on increasing sales. The next, I’m reworking packaging. Then I jump to hiring, then to margins. Nothing sticks. No plan runs for more than a few days before I chase something else. I know it’s not discipline — it’s lack of clarity. I don’t know what to commit to, because I’m scared I’ll choose wrong. But in trying to do everything, I end up finishing nothing. It feels like I’m busy but floating. I need to stop. Think. Choose one path. And actually finish building something properly. Because this zigzag is draining me.
Solution:
Set 1 clear priority for the next 30 days — write it down.
Track weekly actions that move only that one goal.

I Want to Grow, But Don’t Know What to Fix First

I’m ambitious. I want to grow big. I know I can — but I don’t know where to start. Should I hire more people? Change pricing? Improve retention? Invest in branding? My business has potential — but it’s messy. I’m afraid that if I grow now, I’ll just multiply the mess. But fixing everything at once is impossible. I need clarity. A plan. A path. Something that tells me what to do this week, this month, this quarter. Without that, I’ll stay in the loop of random actions with no direction. And growth will stay a wish.

Run a full diagnosis: People, Product, Process, Profit.
Fix the weakest link — not everything at once.
